Alex Costa
Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Alex Costa has dedicated his life to learning, teaching and evolving through martial arts.
He began training Wado-Ryu Karate in 1986 at the young age of 9. He progressed to Kyokushin Karate when he turned 13, going on to achieve success at international level for the next 11 years.
Since 2001 Alex has dedicated himself to training, teaching and competing in Muay Thai and Dutch style kickboxing. This has taken him all over the world to places such as Holland, Thailand and Japan.

Throughout his striking career Alex has always developed his grappling skills, with both Gi and No-Gi. He has recently earned his Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu jitsu.
